Our America EV T-Sport golf cart is a 6 passenger lifted golf cart assembled by our own specialty golf cart company, headquartered in Riviera Beach, Florida, and comes fully loaded with a 16-digit VIN number and a high performance 110 amp Bremark lithium battery. All safety features needed to make it a street legal low speed vehicle (LSV) are included – headlights, tail lights, brake lights, DOT windshield with wiper, DOT 3-point seat belts, a horn, and a speed range of 20-25mph. This cart is allowed on public roads that have a posted speed limit of 35mph or less.

About the T-Sport

Like other lifted golf carts, the T-Sport 6 passenger has large, bumpy tires with 14 inch rims, different from most other golf carts with 8 to 12 inch rims. Like most 6 passenger carts, it has 4 seats facing forwards – with additional storage space under the first row of seats -, and 2 rear facing seats on the back. These rear facing back seats also flip over to create a flat surface.

The body is made with a rust-proof, aluminum chassis and frame, along with heavy duty leaf springs and a center roof bar for the extended roof. Other features include an AC motor, LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, reverse camera, hydraulic disc brakes, two-tone premium seats, dual USB plugs, and more.

One of the most common golf cart brands is the Club Car golf cart, coming in a variety of sizes including 4 passenger and 6 passenger. There are several different models with different body styles and varying specifications, including the Club Car Tempo and Club Car Precedent. These carts are similar, and some parts like seats can be used for either, but the Tempo is a more modern version of the Precedent, with upgraded technology, battery configurations, and a different front body cowl.

ELECTRIC AND GAS AVAILABLE

Most Club Car golf carts are electric, especially ones we have for sale and for rental, as they are faster, quieter, and better for the environment. Club Car even has a special, high frequency charger known as E.R.I.C. – efficient, reliable, intelligent, and connected. This charger has status lights and various alerts that can tell drivers that the cart is charging, the state of the charge cycle, and any faults. It also shuts off when the batteries are fully charged, but will continue to monitor the battery pack and deliver power as needed. However, some drivers prefer gas golf carts, especially if they are using them in areas where an outlet isn’t readily available, such as a campground or construction site. Gas Club Car carts can typically travel about 12-15mph, while electric carts can reach speeds of around 16-20mph.

Fully charged golf cart batteries can travel approximately 20-25 miles on a charge, and for carts with a lithium battery upgrade, this range is greatly increased. A Club Car golf cart with a lithium battery can travel from between 40 to 80 miles on a charge, depending on the size and brand of lithium battery installed. Club Car Precedent

The Club Car Precedent is built with an aluminum frame, which is not only lightweight and durable, but also does not rust. Its responsive steering system allows for easy driving in any application, whether it be on the golf course, residential roads, or parking lots and campuses for security. The electric motor in this cart is also equipped to drive uphill and over uneven terrain without compromising energy efficiency. A variety of accessory options are available, such as enclosures, cooling fans, and storage compartments.

Club Car Tempo

As the more modern version of the Precedent, the Club Car Tempo has similar features, with some newer technologies such as USB ports and StopSmart, which gradually slows the cart in the event of a power failure. The Tempo also has an automatic electronic parking brake, as well as responsive mechanical braking. They have a rust-proof aluminum frame, along with molded-in color bodies, giving them their incredible durability. Like the Precedent, the Tempo also has various accessories available for sale, including enclosures, cabin cooling fans, and Bluetooth soundbars.

Golf Cart Customization Options

Custom Paint Job and Seats

Our custom paint jobs are one of our most popular golf cart customization options, with our colored flames for California Roadster and 39 Roadster carts always attracting the attention of any golf cart fan. Also available for our Roadster carts is the woody paint job, where a wood-grain pattern is airbrushed onto the sides, hood, and back trunk.

Custom seats are also often seen with carts that have a custom paint job. At Prime Cart Parts, you can purchase custom two-tone seats for an Advanced EV golf cart, which we can then install at our service location for an additional charge. Other custom seats purchased elsewhere may also be able to be installed by our team.

Rims and Tires, Lift Kit

At our multiple store locations, we sell custom golf cart rims and tires, for standard street tires and bumpy lifted tires. Not only can we switch out your tires, we can also install a lift kit on certain brands of cart to raise it several inches, and allow it to have bigger tires for lifted carts.

Body Style

A variety of custom body shapes are available for common brands of golf cart like Club Car, EZGO, and Yamaha. This is when the front and/or back end of the cart is removed and replaced with a differently shaped body piece, which can be purchased separately from other stores. These body styles are most often similar to cars, and give the cart the appearance of a mini version of that car.

Our newest addition is the Clouds Power lithium battery, available for both 36V and 48V golf carts. This battery is designed to replace a system of lead-acid batteries, which provides several different benefits for a cart, including but not limited to increased driving range, faster charging time, longer lifespan and more charging cycles, less weight on the cart, and zero maintenance. Lithium batteries are also environmentally friendly, giving off no harmful fumes like lead-acid batteries potentially can.

Clouds Power 36V Lithium Battery

105AH

A fully charged 36V 105AH Clouds Power battery can travel up to 40 miles on a charge, and weighs only 88 pounds, as opposed to the approximately 300-400 pounds of extra weight a system of lead-acid batteries can add to a cart. This lithium iron phosphate battery also has an excellent BMS (Battery Management System) function, which can prevent its overvoltage or undervoltage, overcurrent, high temperature, or short circuit.

Clouds Power 48V Lithium Battery

65AH

A fully charged 48V 65AH Clouds Power battery can travel up to 30 miles on a charge, and weighs about 77.2 pounds. Lithium batteries are also easy to install, and are referred to as “drop-in ready”.

A fully charged 48V 105AH Clouds Power battery can travel up to 50 miles on a charge, and weighs 98.8 pounds. Lithium rechargeable batteries can cycle approximately 4,000 times – more than 4 times comparing with lead-acid batteries.

A fully charged 48V 150AH Clouds Power battery can travel up to 70 miles on a charge, and weighs 172 pounds. As our largest option, this battery is heavier than its lower AH options, but its increased power output allows it to travel much further.
